This is how I make dipping sauce with sour bamboo shoots. This might also pass as a salad. In Lao, ແຈ່ວ (jeow) is the generic term for dipping sauce. This jeow using the same method as my older jeow video ([ Ссылка ]) which shows three kinds of jeow.
