A patient has filed a lawsuit against The University of Kansas Health System claiming she was misdiagnosed and unnecessarily operated on. According the lawsuit, doctors told her she had pancreatic cancer, operated on her and told her she was cancer-free, but never disclosed that her original diagnosis was wrong and she had never even had cancer.
