Finally my very first property review in Sabah!! Not only that, we got a solid project to visit where it's located between several local Tamans so it's really connected to the surrounding amenities such as local schools, City Mall, commercial areas, medical centers and airport. Also, this is the highest residential tower around the address too which locks in amazing view for the residents.
In terms of spatial design and quality, everything feels familiar although the rules are different. Just that the scale of everything is bigger. I absolutely enjoyed the common areas such as the entrance, the lobby, the facilities deck, sky deck and etc. But I just don't quite understand the intent of having a show unit that is absolutely different from the standard unit sold to customers. Customers are highly encourage to first visit the actual unit before making any decisions.
I am also puzzled with the property market in KK where real estate is really expensive here. But at this price, the rental yield is still healthy which means there is lack of supply.
Anyway, what a great visit to add on insights about property market in Malaysia.
