BJP MLA Vijender Gupta was expelled from the Assembly after he walked into the middle court in protest against the Aravind Kejriwal led AAP government. BJP alleged the speaker to be biased and blamed him to be acting as an agent of AAP government. Earlier the governor had suspended another BJP MLA for raising allegations against an AAP MLA. BJP condemned the act as 'against democracy.
