Ok so with much controversy in the D9H Cold Start Failure video I went back to try it again with the unit sitting right beside it.
You can hear the dozer is running on a couple cylinders and we waited it out to finally wait for it to fire on all of them. You can clearly hear when it starts to hit and smooths right out.
