Hi Everyone! Today we will be doing a yoga practice for Diabetes. Stress & Sedentary Lifestyle are the leading cause of Type 2 Diabetes. Yoga has shown to be quite effective in managing blood sugar levels. It helps in both activating the internal organs like pancreas, building strength and well as reducing stress levels.
We will be starting with a gentle warmup, move to asanas and finish with a pranayama practice.
So let's hop onto the mat and get going!
