Ingredients: 2 Sour Mangoes,
250 ml ground nut oil
1/2 cup Red chilli powder
2 tbsp of mustard seeds
1/4 tsp methi seeds
1/4 cup salt ( check the salt and add as per requirement)
For Tempering:
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 big pods of garlic Crushed
4 red chillies
Few curry leaves
1 tsp asafoetida( inguva)
Check the salt the following day for long lasting. Shelf life is up to 2 months
