Yesterday we saw Kenya and Senegal saying they're looking to launch a $500 million Eurobond. Kenya is planning to issue its Eurobond by the end of the financial year in June 2011, mainly on the back of the country receiving a sovereign ratings upgrade. In addition, the Central Bank of Kenya's Monetary Policy committee making its rate decision today.
