I wish I had known these 3 things
1. Learn to embrace the seeds God has planted in your heart.
2. God's Timing WILL NOT be your timing.
3. Not everyone is going to "LIKE" you
You see, 4 years ago, I pivoted in business and shutdown our marketing agency. We were doing well, we had several clients we had been working with for over 10+ years. But something was missing. There was an emptiness to running that business that just left me feeling unbalanced at the end of the day.
I remember vividly the "ah-ha" moment I had when it came to understanding why my passion for that business was quickly fading away. I didn't invite God into it. Sure I had a faithful prayer life. I attended church regularly...all the things. But when it came to my business, it was faith-based.
We shutdown our business and started a new business. We invited God into that business and even through COVID and the HIGHS + LOWS it's still thriving.
So as I jump back into the Digital Marketing Space, this go round, it's all about how to have a faith based business and thrive in today's chaotic world. Often times as Christians we can be conflicted about Money, Success etc all while being faithful Jesus Followers.
While I'm a Jesus lover to the nth degree, do my best each and every single day. It's my desire to be a Hope Dealer to others that are looking to jump into the digital marketing space. To those looking to do the kingdom work. To help people to realize it's okay to want to be successful and also give all the glory to God. It's OK to be me. It's okay to water the seeds God has planted in my heart + want to seem them flourish and grow. 🌱
