Hi,
Singapore has recently being awarded the UNESCO intangible culture for its Hawker Culture.
In early days, there were many street stalls or hawkers selling street food. With cleaning up the streets and the entire city, all the street vendors had moved to a decent hawker centre with a proper clean environment to prepare and sell their dishes.
Through my channel, i would like to show you some of the best street food that are now located in hawker centres. Special tribute to Halal Food as it needs some boosting.
Hope through my videos, you will be able to enjoy the dishes featured and support these stalls on your next visit.
Mee Rebus (Lembu) is a very common breakfast noodles consumed locally among the Malay Muslim community in South East Asia (SEA). Uses simple ingredients like yellow egg noodles or hokkein mee (noodles) served with thick sweet potato gravy, beans sprouts, hard boiled eggs, lime and sometimes beef 🥩
Thank you for your continuous support and hope to bring more food videos for all to enjoy.
