In this episode I go out solo in the late afternoon and anchor up deep hoping to catch some mutton snapper. The current was south and weak but the bite was great. I managed to score and then Michelle my lovely wife shares her Pistachio Mutton Snapper recipe. Catch and Cook, delicious! Tight Lines.
