Small Parcel items usually ship out in 1 business day and will be delivered in 1-5 business days.
Large Item & White Glove Delivery Process:
Once we have your order, the warehouse will prepare your order for shipping which takes about 3-10 business days for in stock items. Please plan 4-6 weeks for production if your order is made to order in the USA. Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Your order is shipping with a freight carrier, not UPS or FedEx so tracking doesn’t update as often as a small parcel carrier because it doesn’t stop at as many cities between us and you. Transit time is about 2-4 weeks to your area. Once it arrives in your area you will receive a call to schedule a delivery appointment. Our drivers cannot come out to your home for a delivery unless they have a confirmed appointment.
We can’t just drop off your items without someone to inspect and receive them. Please feel free to call us for a more accurate transit time to your zip code or for expedited options.
