Today I review the Rode NT1000, which is a great alternative to the Rode NT1a. The sound is fairly balanced with some minor boosts in the treble frequencies, and a larger boost in the air frequencies, and at the same time a well managed bass range. If you like the NT1a but want something a little less bright, and a little less low/lowmid forward, then this is an excellent option.
