This is an easy recipe to prepare for a snack or appetizer! So fresh and so good!
Ingredients:
4-6 Roma tomatoes, depending on size
½ small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
½ c. cilantro
Juice from ½ lime
¼ t. salt
¼ t. granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it reaches your desired consistency. You can also practice knife skills during this lesson and chop everything up.
2. Refrigerate for at least one hour, then serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
