Ingredients
For Puff Pastry
Maida -2cup (250gm or 28 tbsp)
Sugar -1/2tsp
Salt-1tsp
Water -3/4cup plus 2 tbsp
Butter -125gm
For the Masala
Oil -2tbsp
Onion -3
Green chilli -2
Garlic -3
Ginger -1/2tsp
Curryleaves -
Salt-
Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Garam masala -1/4tsp
Pepper Powder -1/4tsp
Egg -3
Method
Heat oil in a kadai ..add garlic and saute ,then add onion ,ginger ,green chilli and curryleaves ..
saute till translucent ..
Then add all powders and saute ..
