This video of Congress leader Renuka Chowdhury grabbing a policeman by his collar in Hyderabad has gone viral on social media. Chowdhury was protesting with other party workers in Hyderabad on Thursday. The protest was supposed to be in support of Rahul Gandhi .. who has been questioned by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a money-laundering case related to the National Herald-AJL deal. Later a case was filed against Renuka Chowdhury for grabbing a cop's collar. She has been charged under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 353 of the IPC punishes assault or criminal force to deter a public servant from discharge of his duty.
