In this video I show you how I keep my filter pipes nice and clean in 20 seconds. I use about 1 part bleach to 20 parts water, this doesnt have to be an exact ratio. I let them sit for about half an hour to an hour, afterwards I use a pipe brusher to get rid of all of the dead algae with ease. I then rinse the pipes well and allow them to sit in a container with water and a lot of excess dechlorinator. The toxic part of bleach in the chlorine and this will remove it all. once the bleach smell is gone, its safe to add them back to your tank!
