Sprint races have been a source of contention since their introduction in 2021 but F1 has continued to try and innovate on them since then. In 2023 the sprint race format saw Saturday become its own sprint race and for many fans, that just didn’t work. For 2024, there will be more changes to try and improve the weekend experience. On top of that there are changes coming to DRS and the engines, so stick around as I cover all of that and what the impact will be on the sport. Let’s get to it.
