The Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria hosted an Access to Information and Elections in South Africa symposium from 10 to 11 November 2022 at the University of Pretoria. The symposium was in collaboration with the Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC), the Information Regulator (IR), the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC), the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC), and Media Monitoring Africa (MMA).
