Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
In March 2022, over 50 young leaders participated in a four day leadership program.
The Bahrain Women’s Leadership Program (BWLP) was a unique opportunity for women, ages 15-18, to develop the leadership and communication skills critical for success in today’s global society. This four day in-person educational program consisted of workshops by established leadership and skills-training professionals from some of the world’s most prestigious leaders from various sectors and participated in team-building activities. The conference included workshops on leadership development, negotiation and public speaking skills.
