Two entrepreneurs will win £25,000 of funding to launch their business idea, business insurance for their first year – thanks to AXA, and mentorship from some of the UK’s most successful start-ups. All you need to do is tell us about your idea, what makes it unique and why it deserves to win to be in with a chance.
 
FAQs: 
► How do I enter? 
Head to the Evening Standard website to enter the competition. All you need to do is answer some brief questions about your business as well as submitting an elevator pitch style video about why you deserve this opportunity. Please note, applications are closed for AXA Startup Angel 2024.
 
► Who are this year’s judges? 
The competition will be judged by our AXA Startup Angels: Henry Firth and Ian Theasby (co-founders of vegan food brand BOSH!), Sharmadean Reid MBE (founder and CEO of The Stack World), and Raphael Sofoluke (founder and CEO of UK Black Business Week and UK Black Business Show) as well as members of the AXA and Evening Standard team.
 
► When is the deadline? 
The deadline is 23:59 on 2nd June 2024 so make sure to have your application in before then!
