The DA says it will be filing a contempt of court application against ANC Secretary-General, Fikile Mbalula. The party alleges that the ANC did not fully comply with the court order that instructed the party to hand over its cadre deployment records. It accuses the ANC of deliberately withholding the records dating back to the first of January 2013 to 2018 - the period during which President Cyril Ramaphosa was the Chair of the governing party's deployment committee.
