Welcome to this 40-minute full-body flow yoga practice for all levels to help improve your strength and flexibility. This yoga class is ideal for people who want to release tension and open their bodies while developing strength and mobility. We’ll begin with a sequence to build heat in the body and stoke the internal fire to help cultivate tapas. We'll then go into meditation before moving into a flow focused on the breath to help draw the awareness inward, followed by a standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hips and shoulders to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, neck and upper back.
