📍 Paola’s Cosa Nostra, Gulberg

@cosanostra_paolos is regarded as one of Lahore’s best restaurants and has recently undergone renovations so I had to check it out!

The restaurant serve the finest high end continental food in a vibey classic setting. But let’s get onto the food.

We tried the following:
- Paola’s Special Fried Burrata
- Mediterranean Platter
- Arancini
- Fritto Misto
- Diavola Sourdough Pizza
- Sunday Roast
- Chicken Sizzler
- Chicken Piccata
- Truffle Mushroom Conchiglie Pasta
- Soups
- Winter Salad
- Truffle Parmesan Fries
- Pistachio Gelato

The food here is in a class of its own. The dishes are super innovative and I have zero complaints honestly. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked!

I have to give everything over an 8.5/10 with a couple 9/10 for some stand out dishes:
- Sunday Roast Dinner (a perfect medium rare 🤌)
- Chicken Piccata (so much flavour but not overpowering!)
- Fried Burrata (so unique yet and so satisfying)
- Fritto Misto (the batter on the calamari was so fluffy that I was in love 😍)
- Winter Salad (the textures and flavours had a fantastic balance)
- Vanilla Cloud Cake (this meringue cake actually tastes like a cloud ☁️)

In terms of the service, the staff were very active, helpful and attentive.

Overall, if you’re looking to have a solid experience at a high end establishment within Lahore then @cosanostra_paolos is the one for you!
