American professional eater Randy Santel versus La Fuente's Massive Mexican Burrito Challenge, served wet and smothered in queso sauce, hosted by La Fuente Mexican Restaurant in Mount Vernon, Illinois of the USA. There are two other La Fuente Mexican Restaurant locations around the general area, and they all offer this cheesy ~6lb burrito challenge. On my way home from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to St. Peters, Missouri to spend time with my family and celebrate St. Patrick's Day weekend, I stopped in Mount Vernon, Illinois so I could attempt the massive ~6lb Mexican Burrito Challenge hosted by La Fuente Mexican Restaurant. A few of my friends have beaten the challenge and I wanted to join them up on the Wall of Fame. I had just 30 minutes to feast on three large flour burrito tortillas filled with lots of beef steak meat, shredded chicken, and bacon, plus many scoops of Mexican rice and I had them add a few dollops of refried beans. The burrito is served wet and smothered with La Fuente's homemade queso sauce. My competitive eating friend Brandon @DaGarbageDisposal held the previous time record which was 19:16, and I was trying to beat that since he just enjoyed his Mexican dinner and didn't eat very fast. I was trying to win my $30 burrito meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and sot on the Mount Vernon location's Wall of Fame.
