At first glance, another project in this address of Connaught in Cheras? But after examining in detail, all projects within the area are heavily leveraging on the connectivity and convenience element of the address. Right next to the site will be an existing, ready built MRT station that directly connects to TRX, PJ and more. Then for daily needs, there will be retail components within the project and also around the project. If residents are driving, it’s also very convenient especially with the brand-new SUKE highway.

Personally, I enjoyed the innovative design the most. In terms of facilities, the running ramps that perfectly leveraged on the site contour is great. The embedded badminton court within the elevated carpark is well done as it frees up space within the facilities floor. The one I admire the most will be the unit layout designs where it really pushes existing boundaries. Kitchen, dining, and living are reconfigured in a way that makes more sense. Walls are designed with flexibility and adaptability in mind. It’s only the outdoor yard space that might be a little concerning due to Malaysia’s climate.
