The Mistborn trilogy has to be one of the biggest and best modern fantasy trilogies out there today. From intricate and detailed magic systems, complex and deep characters, and a well structured and fluid plot. Mistborn is a series that I almost want to say is a must read for any fantasy fan.

But if you’re one of those poor, unfortunate souls who haven’t read the trilogy yet, I’d like to give you a bit of a primer on it before you jump in.
