The Delhi High Court has rejected former Union finance minister P Chidambaram's anticipatory plea for protection from arrest in the INX Media case.
Chidambaram, meanwhile, moved the Supreme Court to seek relief. His counsel approached the Joint Registrar of the Supreme Court and sough an urgent hearing to seek relief for his client. It has been reported that the Congress leader has filed a special leave petition in the court
