I have gotten a lot of the basic elements of weight loss taken care of over the past few weeks and now it’s time to find a method to lose the weight for good. I have tried so many pills, programs, fads, and workouts in the past and I was never able to lose the weight and keep it off in the long term. I want this time to be different, I want to finally STOP the YO-YO DIETING for good and find something that is sustainable for natural weight loss. I came across the concept of the mini cut cycle or the 3 weeks on, 1 week off diet and it seems to be perfect for what I want to accomplish. Which is to speed up my metabolism, avoid plateaus, and naturally lose weight safely and effectively. In this video I break down what the benefits of a mini cut cycle are and how I plan to incorporate it into my routine there is also my weigh in for the past week from counting calories. Be warned this isn’t going to be a fast way to lose weight, it is definitely the responsible and safe approach to weight loss but I am really excited because it seems like a good way to maintain weight loss after reaching my goal weight.
