YOO! So this is your situation, you are a beginner videographer, you just got a camera, learning about cinematography basics, like aperture, frames per second (fps), F stop, and shutter speed, and you're wanting to finally shoot a video that showcases this.,You’re thinking ... How do you make it look good? How do you make sure you have all the good camera angles? What lens do you use? Well I’m right there with you! The answer I found was…. Use this 7 shot sequence : 1 WIDE ANGLE (LOCATION SHOT) + 3 MEDIUM SHOTS ( SHOW WHATS HAPPENING) + 2 CLOSE UP SHOTS ( COOL DETAILS AND COLORS) + 1 ABSTRACT SHOT ( ANYTHING YOU WANT BE CREATIVE) This gives you a great way to practice cinematography by creating a story with your camera angles and eases the anxiety of not knowing what to shoot.
