1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

1 tbsp chili powder
1 cup water
1tbsp all purpose flour
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 cup ground pork
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup soysauce
1/2 cup water
seasoning granules or salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
23 tbsp slurry (water and cornstarch)
cooking oil for frying and sauteing
