Uganda has launched its first bus assembly plant. The passenger buses are built by the Metu-ZhongTong Bus industries in Kampala, in partnership with the ZhongTong Company of China. The company hopes to cut down the cost of importing buses from outside the country. CGTN's Michael Baleke has that report.
