The Baltimore County Police Department promoted 23 officers and two professional staff members at the promotion ceremony located at Oregon Ridge. The promotees include a female Captain to the command staff, the first Korean officers promoted to supervisory roles, and the promotion of Tonya Johnson, who will become the first African American female Lieutenant for the Department.
