STORYLINE:
While thankful for the support already received, Ukraine's foreign minister on Tuesday expressed frustration with the pace of supply of armoured vehicles from Germany.
Regarding further shipments “...the only thing that upsets me is that the longer this decision takes, the more people will die due to the lack of necessary tanks in our army,” said Dmytro Kuleba.
Kuleba was speaking in Kharkiv alongside his German counterpart, Annalena Baerbock.
Kharkiv is just 42 kilometres (about 25 miles) from the Russian border. This was the first visit of a European minister of the seniority of Baerbock to the east of Ukraine.
In Kharkiv, she was shown the most devastated area on the outskirts of the city - northern Saltivka - where she saw destroyed hospitals, schools, residential buildings and energy infrastructure facilities.
