Since my run was fast forwarded, here's what you missed!
Jumping down to that trampoline was really awkward! I wasn't worried about time though, I knew that there weren't 15 people there that could clear the salmon ladder after running the course up to that point. But even with all the time I spent, I still got a top time! I think I made up a lot of time going up the Salmon Ladder and up the net.
Oh yeah I almost forgot. I was planning on standing on the trampoline and then jumping to the Salmon Ladder, but then realized it was too far and I needed to jump down onto the trampoline to get enough bounce. That's why I stood on the trampoline so long.
