Ben Rowswell, who served as representative of Canada and and as head of the NATO Provincial Reconstruction Team in Kandahar, joined Power & Politics Monday to discuss the deteriorating situation in Afghanistan: 'Everyone in Afghanistan is trying to leave that country and they will continue to try and leave that country as long as the Taliban are in power.'
