Go applicator-less! Learn to insert a tampon without an applicator. You'll be doing your part to help eliminate trash! Think of all that plastic (or cardboard) that could be saved.

Reusable tampon alternatives. (Much less trash) Not sure how I feel about the materials, as my body has decided these are not allowed, so I haven't investigated it. Some ladies like these a lot though.
