Amazing simple raw pistachio power balls
100 gr pistachio nuts
50 gr almonds
3 tbs oat flakes
8-10 Medjool dates
4 tbs melted coconut oil
2 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup
2 tsp hemp powder
Blend the pistachios and almonds in a food processor. I like to blend it only a bit so that we still have crunchy chunks lefts.
Then add the oat flakes, dates, coconut oil, sweetener, and hemp powder.
Blend again until having a firm, united consistency.
Roll into balls. You can roll them in hemp seeds, coconut flakes, or cacao nibs.
Let cool in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour and enjoy them immensely!
