Block of Low Moisture Mozzerella
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Immersion Blend together cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Pour onto 16 inch pizza pan: [ Ссылка ] lined with parchment paper. Bake as shown in video.
