Cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov attach the Nauka Multipurpose Laboratory module to the Russian segment of the ISS. A multipurpose lab module named "Nauka" was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome in central Asia on July 21 and docked to the International Space Station on July 29.

The module is designed for scientific research. Russian segment will receive additional areas for workplaces, cargo storage and will be able to regenerate water and oxygen after its commissioning.
