Today I am sharing a Sunday Special, Simpla & Spicy Recipe “Small Fish Fry”. It is very easy to make and eat. Kids also like this recipe. Small fish has many nutritional values rather than big ones. So, try this recipe and have this healthy dish as evening snack. Here is the text Recipe….
Ingredients for Small Fish Fry:
Fresh Fish (Small/Medium) – 500 gms
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Fish Masala (Homemade) – 1 tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Semolina \ Sooji \ Rava – 1 tsp
Oil (for fry)
How to prepare:
1) Mix all the ingredients except Oil.
2) Marinate and rest for 15 mins.
3) Heat an Iron Tawa.
4) Apply Oil and spread it all over the pan.
5) Place marinated fish pieces on the hot tawa.
6) Cover with a lid and cook for 2 mins on very low flame.
7) Uncover the fish pieces.
8) Carefully flip with a stapula.
9) Fry another 1 or 2 mins on low flame. No need to cover with lid.
10) When the fish is cooked well remove from the pan.
11) Serve these hot & spicy Fish pieces with raw onions and half a lemon.
