One of the speakers of the Arctic Circle China Forum was Björn Lyrvall, Ambassador for Arctic Affairs, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden. Climate change has, and will continue to have an immense impact on the Arctic. Ambassador Lyrvall speaks on this issue as well as addressing how Sweden seeks to tackle the issue of climate change.
