Last day in Kyoto! This video starts around 1pm, we spent the morning in Ohara. That adventure is in my last video. The Philosopher's path extends along the east mountain edge of Kyoto from Ginkaku-ji down to near Nanzen-ji. There are many famous and unknown temples along this path. The walk took us about 40 minutes to complete. We didn't stop at any of the other temples since we were trying to make it to a specific temple before it closed. We ended the day at the 9pm night illumination of Kiyomizu-dera. The next day I made a solo trip back to Ninenzaka to the famous Starbucks.
