6lbs pork shoulder
2 tbsp sweet & smoky seasoning rub
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp seasoned salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp complete seasoning

sauce
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

bbq sauce of your choice
