Pork Tenderloin Steak Recipe Like You've Never Tried Before...

Pork tenderloin is amazing. It’s one of my favourite cuts of meat, but I see too many recipes that don’t add much in the way of flavour or direct you to overcook it. Not only does this pork tenderloin steak recipe taste great, it is also really simple and quick to make.

For sides I love to add some simple vegetables because the sauce that you can make for this has a really strong umami flavour. Personally I like to make the sauce with a dry white wine, but you can also use some red wine, or even a bit of water and some creme fraiche.

I really believe this recipe will be like nothing you've tried before. It is my favourite pork recipe.

Ingredients:
Pork tenderloin
½ cup lime juice
1 tbsp hot sauce (Valentina in this recipe)
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic
Some red wine to taste
Roma tomatoes
Portobello mushrooms
