Bach flower remedies works on the rational being that dew drops on 38 different flowers contain the vibrations or the healing essence that the flowers possess. In modern day manufacturing of Bach flower remedies, these flowers are harvested and put in distilled water and exposed to sunlight for a day and then diluted in medicinal alcohol. These diluted remedies are still very potent as they still contain the vibrations of the flower and can be consumed internally or applied externally. Bach flower remedies invariably lead to mental and emotional shift so please be aware of thoughts that come up which will help in speeding up the process if you consciously work with your mind and emotions.
