It's convenience store 7-Eleven's 95th birthday on Monday. To celebrate with its loyal patrons in annual summer style, the chain is providing free brain freezes across the country. According to the longtime store's news release, 7-Eleven, along with its subsidiaries Speedway and Stripes stores, are offering complimentary slurpees for everyone to celebrate its birthday – also known as Slurpee Day or Free Slurpee Day. The deal has been going on for customers since July 1 but ends Monday. There's just a small caveat: To get the free treat, you have to be a new or current 7Rewards member or a Speedy Rewards member. The coupon will be added to the loyalty account to keep track of the free slurpee. Customers will also receive an exclusive Slurpee Day cup, which they can refill and sip on for just $1. 7-Eleven is also offering items that are only $1 on Monday for rewards members. The news release notes that 7-Eleven locations in Hawaii are excluded from the offer.
