One of the things I'm asked most often is how I create a new tactic when I join a new club in Football Manager. In this video, I take over as manager of Wimbledon in FM24 and demonstrate how I select a style of play, formation and player instructions based on an initial assessment of the squad. As part of this process, we also start identifying potential positions we may need to recruit new players for and start forming a transfer shopping list.
