In this video, coach Kiefer goes over how to perform a Barbell Inverted Row.
This is an awesome horizontal pulling exercise that trains the lats and upper back using just your bodyweight as resistance!
To get started:
1️⃣Grab the bar just outside a shoulder width grip
2️⃣Create a straight line with your body as you hang under the bar
3️⃣Pull yourself to the bar with the idea of ✅Pulling your sternum to the bar, ✅squeezing your shoulder blades together, and ✅squeezing your glutes and abs to keep a straight line from head to heels!
