If you wonder is there a direct train between Milano Centrale Station and Duomo (Milan there is a direct train departing from Centrale Fs and arriving at Duomo M3. Services depart every 10 minutes, and operate every day. The journey takes approximately 6 min.

2nd option to take public transport from centrale, take the number 60 bus M1 M3 just outside the centrale. it takes you one hour ride to the last stop Duomo cathedral and it's cheaper.
